How it works

You can choose one or all of the MORPH transformation systems to move your business forward. They are designed to complement each other but equally stand-alone too. Select your support level, from hands-off to light-touch or fully enabled.

Depending on the size of your business or the pace of change you want to create, you can choose how many of your team are on-boarded to the MORPH system. We have an easy guide to help you select the right candidates from your team and from the right parts of your business. 

Each team member will be charged an activation fee to access the system, this provides them access to the weekly activities, the tools and the content included in the system. The team will work together as a cohort so they need to start at the same time.

The participants are onboarded to the program,  introduced to their cohort, and their first week of activities commences.

By using the system, the participants will be upskilled whilst leveraging existing knowledge and content to shape the transformation and content. By using these tools and the weekly activity guide, your business will start to deliver the outcomes and truly own the IP.

To build the momentum you might choose to increase the number of participants up-skilled in your business. Alternatively, you might want to add an additional MORPH system to your business to achieve a broader strategic ambition.
